Kachemak Glacier Flight Tour

The best way to see Kachemak Bay and the Southern mountains of the Kenai Range is from the air.

Homer Air offers one hour and half hour long flightseeing tours in and around the area. We often see mountain goats grazing along the steep alpine tundra, black bear, moose and sometimes whales. The best part of the tour is the perspective that you will get of the Southern Peninsula. Blue glaciers, jagged peaks, high mountain lakes, and inlets of Kachemak Bay and the Gulf of Alaska are all around us. On clear days we can see Kodiak Island to the South, the Chugach Mountains above Anchorage to the North, and well into Katmai and Lake Clark National Parks to the west.
