Viewing Day Trip in Katmai National Park
Our day tours depart Homer in the morning; the departure times vary slightly between 7:00AM and 9:00 AM depending on tides and weather. The scenic flight to the East coast of the Katmai national park lasts from 1 to 13/4 hours each way and you will spend 3 hours on the beach wildlife viewing. Return time back to Homer is usually around 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon depending on our departure time and how long the flights last.
